Meet the Aracari Toucan
An aracari is a toucan that lives throughout the Central and South Americas. They have long skinny beaks with a saw-like side gripper that can hold and chop fruit and vegetables. The birds only occasionally eat insects for some extra protein.
There are over 14 species of Aracari toucans. Over all, they are small (unlike their widely-known cousin the Toco Toucan), allowing people to keep them as pets.
This special bird was chosen as the identity of the restaurant because of their diet of fruit and vegetables.
